In case of booking for 1 person only, an extra charge of 400 THB will apply for regular routes.
Complimentary drinking water is provided in the vehicle for routes in Phuket.
Accident insurance only covers incidents that occur in the vehicle and only covers passengers, not their personal belongings.
The company is not responsible for any valuable belongings brought by passengers in case of loss or damage.
Airport transfers outside the regular route (e.g., Rawai, Saiyuan, Nai Harn, Sirey, Panwa, Khao Khad, Ao Yon, Ao Po, Bang Rong, Yamu, Pa Khlok): Additional 200 THB
Rassada Pier transfers outside the regular route (e.g., Mai Khao, Nai Thon, Nai Yang, Ao Po, Bang Rong, Yamu, Pa Sak, Nai Harn): Additional 200 THB
Hotel transfers outside the regular route (e.g., Rawai, Saiyuan, Nai Harn, Sirey, Panwa, Khao Khad, Ao Yon, Ao Po, Bang Rong, Yamu, Pa Khlok): Additional 200 THB
Each passenger is allowed 1 suitcase (not over 20 kg) and 1 carry-on bag. An extra charge of 100 THB per additional bag per person will apply for excess baggage.
Please make your reservation at least 12 hours in advance by email, or 6 hours in advance via online booking.
Once your online reservation is complete, our staff will confirm your booking again via LINE one day before the actual travel date.
If you cancel the booking before the travel day or within 12 hours, there is no additional charge. Same-day cancellations will be charged in full.
